Does Not Work On iPhone 4 Or iPad

I purchased this app so I could open and view ZIP files on either my iPhone 4 or iPad.

It does not work on either device.

I contacted the vendor and they were unable to make the app work on either device.

I have requested a refund of the cost of this app from Apple iTunes support.
